Or perhaps you have a holiday let or a rental property that needs to be fully furnished and styled to maximise appeal. Whatever the situation, home staging services are designed to make your property shine, helping it sell or rent faster, and often for significantly more, than an empty or poorly presented space.

The difference between Staged and Unstaged properties...
Case Study:
'I bought a property back in 2013 in Brighton, It was in a prime location in the city, a 5 minute walk from the train station, up on a hill with beautiful views across the city to the sea. It was a very large maisonette- the top two floors of a huge Victorian building. The configuration was a big open plan kitchen/sitting room downstairs, with a bathroom, big square hallway and another room (advertised as a third bedroom). Upstrairs were two nice sized double bedrooms. This flat was big and yet, it had been on the market (a fast market at that time) for over a year- because it was completely empty. After buying it we decorated, replaced the flooring and opened up the fire place. We used the third bedroom as a sitting room, and then had the additional huge kitchen/dining sitting room. We put the flat on the market, styled as a family home, for £90,000 more than we bought it for and it sold within 3 days!' Kate
Brilliant, newly reconfigured spaces can sit on the market for far longer than expected if they are empty- costing the owner time and money/profit. This is because, alot of people nowadays look for properties online: photographs of empty corners of rooms are not appealing to buyers/renters as most people can not visulaise what to do with empty spaces! Not only that, but empty rooms always look SMALLER than they actually are- another turn off for prospective buyers/renters. Property staging services fill these spaces with perfectly placed furniture, lighting and soft furnishing- showcasing the properties potential and demonstrating how these rooms can be used and helping buyers/renters to visulise themselves using them. This job is very time consuming for property owners/landlords who just need to sell/rent their space out quickly- it is also very expensive and logistically tricky to orchastrate. We can do this for you, saving you weeks of work and expense and you will see the many benefits, which include:
Sell Faster
Staged properties often sell up to three times faster than comparable unstaged ones.
Higher Sale Price
Staging can increase the sale price by between 8‑15% over similar unstaged properties.
Better Return on Investment
Typical staging costs are modest relative to potential gain. Even after the cost, many sellers end up significantly ahead whilst having saved themselves weeks of sourcing and removals and placement costs.
